The National Assembly is the Lower House of the Germanic Empire. Laws are introduced in the National Assembly and voted on in it before being voted on by the Senate. The National Assembly is also responsible for proposing a Prime Minister to the Emperor. It is elected by all citizens of the Germanic Empire using Proportional Representation.
