'''Congressional elections''' were held on 28 November 2023 to elect an interim legislature for the [[Pacific States|United Pacific States]] in accordance with Article V, Section 2 of the nation's constitution. Each state of the Union, California, Cascadia, and Nevada, elected one representative.
At the time of the election, the Pacific States had two major parties, the Democratic and National Progressive parties, and one minor party, the Pacifica First party. [[mx]] of the Pacifica First party carried California, [[sleep]] of the Democratic Party carried Cascadia, and [[ItzSam]] of the National Progressive Party carried Nevada.

In this election, the Pacifica First Party's Candidate, and incumbent Congressperson Mx in the November 2023 Election, defeating the Democratic candidate [[Cow]].
This election was characterized by the NPP's lack of candidates in this election, choosing to instead endorse Mx.
