Congressional elections will most likely be held on 28 November 2023 to elect an interim legislature for the United Pacific States in accordance with Article V, Section 2 of the nation's constitution. Each state of the Union, California, Cascadia, and Nevada, will elect one representative.
The Pacific States has two major parties, the Democratic and National Progressive parties, and one minor party, the Pacifica First party. Democrats are expected to win the election in Cascadia, the National Progressives, in Nevada, and Pacifica First in California.
