On 26-27 November 2023, the Pacific States constitutional referendums were held to ratify the Constitution of the United Pacific States following the Constitutional Convention. It achieved the required approval in all three states and was passed almost unanimously.
Nevadans unanimously voted 4-0 to pass the referendum. California and Cascadia each had a single outlier, voting 3-1 and 4-1 respectively.
