In Pre-Release of Pixlies XI, Skulli created the [[United South African Republics]] and was elected as its President. During his two terms he mostly attempted to negotiate a settlement in the [[Anglo-South African Conflict]] and set the foundations of South African foreign policy such as the Anti-British Infiltration Act and the building of an alliance with [[Mali]]. After winning his second term it was [[South African Corruption scandals of June and July of 2022|revealed that he allegedly blackmailed leader of the National-Democratic party to pass legislation]], [[Vill_vill]] and upon the Senate Committee on Investigating Corruption voting to recommend impeachment, he resigned as President and Vice-President, [[Atalius]], took the powers until the next election in which he did not rerun and Vill_vill was elected President. Under Acting President Atalius he was appointed as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and later upon founding opposition against President [[Vill]] was expelled from the nation.

On the 26th of June 2021, Skulli was recorded during a conversation on South East Asian communists in the Polynesia discord to have asked "what [was] about [N-Word] communists".
===Alleged Transphobia===
During Pixlies XI Pre-Release, Skulli was banned (and later unbanned) for alleged transphobia due to his reference of [[Nikiblago08]] saying that [[Cow]] was actually male because he heard her in vc outside of the Pixlies discord. The Pixlies staff saw this as disrespectful but Skulli to this day still claims it to have been making fun of Nikiblago's behaviour.
