[[Skulli]] is one of the longest-playing players on Pixlies. He isserves as Acting President of the [[Pacific States]] and previously served as the first President of the [[United Boer Republics|United South African Republics]] and in Pixlies X served as [[List of Germanic Prime Ministers|Prime Minister of the Germanic Empire]] twice. He is Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of South Africa, Ambassador to [[Carthage]], lawyer at the law firm [[Skulli, Sam and Associates]] and on the board of [[LIDL]] and [[PBC News]].

Right after release Skulli was reelected Prime Minister. He then later then lost an election to [[BlitzDontCare]] who then due to collaboratingaccusations with theof enemycollaboration, the [[Southern Union]] (which consisted of attending a speech in Atlanta, which was really a plot to murder him for a Southern Union Propaganda victory) was removed from the nation. Skulli was reelected as Prime Minister and later successfully defended Germania in the [[Southern Union-Germania War]]. After that he resigned as Prime Minister and became President of the [[National Assembly (Germanic Empire)|National Assembly]].<references />

In Pre-Release of Pixlies XI, Skulli created the [[United South African Republics]] and was elected as its President. During his two terms he mostly attempted to negotiate a settlement in the [[Anglo-South African Conflict]] and set the foundations of South African foreign policy such as the Anti-British Infiltration Act and the building of an alliance with [[Mali]]. After winning his second term it was [[South African Corruption scandals of June and July of 2022|revealed that he allegedly blackmailed leader of the National-Democratic party to pass legislation]], [[Vill_vill]] and upon the Senate Committee on Investigating Corruption voting to recommend impeachment, he resigned as President and Vice-President, [[Atalius]], took the powers until the next election in which he did not rerun and Vill_vill was elected President. Under Acting President Atalius he was appointed as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and afterlater leavingupon officefounding heopposition foundedagainst thePresident law[[Vill]] firm,was Skulli,expelled Samfrom and Associates Pty. Ltd. (then called Better Call Skulli Pty. Ltd.) and became a large shareowner inthe Lidlnation.

On the 26th of June 2021, Skulli was recorded during a conversation on South East Asian communists in the Polynesia discord to have asked "what [was] about niger[N-Word] communists". Although Skulli claimed to have changed, this is disputed by some historians, such as [[MattCobra]], and this clip is sometimes used against him.
