[[Skulli]] is one of the longest-playing players on Pixlies. He isserves as Acting President of the [[Pacific States]] and previously served as the first President of the [[United Boer Republics|United South African Republics]] and in Pixlies X served as [[List of Germanic Prime Ministers|Prime Minister of the Germanic Empire]] twice. Right after release Skulli was reelected Prime Minister. After winning his second term it was [[South African Corruption scandals of June and July of 2022|revealed that he allegedly blackmailed leader of the National-Democratic party to pass legislation]], [[Vill_vill]] and upon the Senate Committee on Investigating Corruption voting to recommend impeachment, he resigned as President and Vice-President, [[Atalius]], took the powers until the next election in which he did not rerun and Vill_vill was elected President.
