The nation was to however continue having a strong democratic influence, and work on the constitution and first elections swiftly resumed. During the [[Southern Union-Germania War]] the Slovak Government considered entry on both sides of the conflict, but stayed out after logistical difficulties. On the 19th of January draft of the constitution alongside to other propositions (Zaolzie Autonomous Kraj & Moravian National Park) were revealed.
