Spain was settled immediately, being the first nation to be created on release.
With around 2200 chunks claimed, 14 members and active player-base, it's generally considered a great-power by many. Spain is aligned with the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Ireland and France, the Sultanate of Sulawesi, the Germanian Empire, the Kingdom of Portugal and the Kingdom of Savoy through a web of friendship treaties and mutual assistance declarations.
Spain is a laicitary parliamentary democracy and democratic republic, with President of the Republic TAMaurice as head of state and President of the Council of Ministers Mr.Potato as head of government. Spain was a member of the Madrid Accords and is in the Western European Union as a founding member.
