Zimbabwe is a nation in Pixlies X led by Dawson612. It currently only has 1 memeber, that being Dawson himself. Oficcially, the nation is a democracy. However, due to the lack of members, an election has never been held as there has never been a significant enough population in the nation.

Formation

After the end to the Pixlies X Beta, Dawson decided to eventually go off on his own to form the nation of modern-day Zimbabwe. It was originally called Zimbabwe Excavation, as a refrence to the abundance of resource deposits that the claims of Zimbabwe sit upon. This name was later changed to Zimbabwe, after concents of making the country sound more like a geopol corporation rather than a nation. Despite this, the original flag has remained unchanged from when the nation was originally formed.

Flag

The flag bears strong resembelance to the real life Zimbabwe flag. There are only 2 differences between the two flags, being that the Zimbabwe bird is replaced by a miner's pickaxe, and the star being more rectangular and flat compared to the real life Zimbabwe flag.

In-game

Opposed to what the name may imply, Zimbabwe in-game is not located in nor near the real life boundaries of Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe in-game is located in the far south of Mozambique, and also has some land within Eswatini. This is due to there being a much larger amount of natural resources in the area, as well as access to the sea, although sea access in Pixlies isn't that important.

Trivia

On Wednesday, December 15th at 12:21 AM MST, ZImbabwe became the 7th nation on Pixlies to reach the modern era, beating out other larger nations such as Germania and Zapadoslavia.
