Alvarez
Alvarez is one of the major nation in Pixlies Earth. It is located in Central America, spanning from Louisiana until Bogota. It shares a border with Nevada(Mainland Alvarez), and a maritime border with Little Asia. The Capital is Yucatan, but the largest city is Columbia. Though, the largest settlement is Aria, which act as a special district of it's own.
Alvarez's origin can be traced back from the House of Alvarez, the origin of the nation's name. The Head of the House and his partner settled in Aria. the settlement grew larger and new noble houses appeared,e.g House of Montgomery, originated from the British Isles
Before the start of the Great Pixlies War, Alvarez strengthen it ties with the British Empire and the Umayyad Caliphate, forming the Pixlies Entente.The Pixlies Entente was a force not to be reckoned, with a combined members of over 50 players at one point, it was, for a while a dominating force.
Fall of Entente
The Entente faced an International Backlash, seeing that they were very aggresive, especially the British Empire, after King Diogo abdicated the throne and Krza was put into power. Alvarez at the time was mostly a developing nation, with technology far inferior than most others.
The last tick of the Entente was after the Umayyads lost against Iran, in 2 consecutive wars. Umayyad was disbanded, and so did the British Empire. This left Alvarez isolated, as the last remnant of the Entente's once massive power.
Alvarez's Recovery
After the Great Pixlies War ended, Alvarez was put in a sanction, though, this didn't cause much of a problem, for Alvarez was a land of rich resources. They recovered from the war with "Aria's Resources Initiative", which functioned as a campaign to develop Alvarez's land. during this period, 5 cities were founded, Columbia, Callaghan, Yucatan, Crossland and *Selva (*territory gained after Hispaniola joined the Empire).
After a while, things got stagnate, as a new threat emerged, the United States, which seeks to expand to Alvarez's holdings in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida. after the tension got into a point of no return, Alvarez launched it's experimental ICBM, codenamed: Estrella Dorada(Golden Star) in Richmond, Virginia. This lead to the initial war justification from the US on Alvarez, but after negotiation were made, the US retracted their justification, and Alvarez paid them for the reparation.
New Alvarez
After an agreement with the Emperor, the House of Alvarez stepped down from the throne, and the Head of the House of Montgomery, Maud "Kahlua" Von Montgomery, took the White throne. Under the Montgomeric Rule, Alvarez seeks to maintain peace around the world.
