The BUB's claims are the same as modern Belarus and the capital is Minsk.
It was created after the collapse of West Germany (decide by Nikiblago08 because the lack of citizens), this nation doesnt have a parliament but still has ministers, however the political powers are given to the military .
The BUB borders Ruthenia , Poland and Russia. It doesnt have strong diplomatic ties with them.
