Islamic Republic of Iran

The government of the Islamic Republic of Iran is actually much more complex than the one of other nations. It's very similar to the government of the real-life Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Ayatollah is the religous head of the country and the head of state, according to the constitution. He gets elected by the parliament and is a position held until death. He is also Commander-in-chief of the armed forces and can appoint generals and promote/demote army members.
According to the constitution, people are allowed to make any type of parties. Each party is allowed to send in 1 representative to the parliament, the parliament has the mission to design laws for the country, these laws have to first be approved by the ayatollah to check if they are matching with the constitutional values.
The President is an elected position, each candidate has to be approved by the parliament and the Ayatollah is allowed to give recommendations on to the parliament. The president has the mission to manage diplomatic ties with other countries.

Armed Forces[edit | edit source]
The IRGC (Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corp.) are the armed forces of the country and have the mission to protect Irans borders and expand Irans influence around the world. Currently the IRGC is being lead by Gen. Soleimani. In times of war, the IRGC is allowed to draft every member of the country.
Axis of Resistance[edit | edit source]
The Islamic Republic of Iran is the founder and a key member in the Axis of Resistance alliance which is an anti-imperialistic aliance against enemies of Iran and it's allies. The Axis of Resistance is currently made up of I.R. Iran, Ming and Inca. It's not only a military alliance, but also a trade alliance between Iran and it's allies.
