Congressional elections were held on 28 November 2023 to elect an interim legislature for the United Pacific States in accordance with Article V, Section 2 of the nation's constitution. Each state of the Union, California, Cascadia, and Nevada, elected one representative.

At the time of the election, the Pacific States had two major parties, the Democratic and National Progressive parties, and one minor party, the Pacifica First party. mx of the Pacifica First party carried California, sleep of the Democratic Party carried Cascadia, and ItzSam of the National Progressive Party carried Nevada.
