Partisan was a "pseudo-nation" in the middle of the Sahara desert, it was made of a part of the ex-members of Veniceslavia ( Union of the nations of Venice and Yugoslavia) specifically the ones that were in Yugoslavia before the Union. Partisans was made because this Ex-Yugoslav Part of Veniceslavia was completely purged by Alternis. The nation was poor and the capital was just a bunker.
