Added reference from moderator stating there was no rule broken by the Germanians claimed by the Southern Union. I don't think there needs to be reference for saying the decision is controversial due to discord reaction(people believed it was the right decision and other people believed it was the wrong decision and wanted it to be overturned) but if you want to remove it if feel free.
