Pacific States: Difference between revisions

On 21 November 2023, [[sleep]] organized a group of seven people, including Skulli and angryfishstick1, to form a new nation on the western North American coast. Within the next few days, a constitution for the United Pacific States was written. On 26 November, a public convention was held to finalize the draft.
